- All units require a £100 deposit (refundable at the end of the agreement).
- Minimum term of 3 months.
- Payment for your storage container is to be paid monthly in advance.
- Rent:
- 20ft x 8ft container £120/month
- 10ft x 8ft container £90/month
- 5ft x 8ft container £60/month
- You must give at least 1 months notice of termination.
- Insurance of the stored goods is your responsibility.
- The locking of your storage container is your responsibility.
- Checking the condition of your stored goods is your responsibility.
- You cannot sub-let all, or part, of your storage container at any time.
- You cannot store gas bottles or any other dangerous inflammable goods inside your storage container.
- You cannot store anything which contravenes British law/or jeopardises Health and Safety.
- Your container can be accessed within opening hours only (access locked outside these hours).
- 24/7 CCTV is in operation.
